About Blue Water Farm
Blue Water Farm is a family owned farm that started in 1994. We raised and trained Tennessee walking horses for many years and transitioned to a full time, private boarding facility in 2000. From the beginning, we wanted to offer a boarding facility that provided exceptional horse care. We take a lot of pride knowing that your horse will be treated as if they are one of our own.
The property encompasses 120 beautiful acres of grazing pastures, trails, and two large lakes. Our 13 stall barn offers spacious stalls with fans along with indoor and outdoor wash facilities. We have a separate tack room for your supplies and a clean restroom. We have multiple trails for you and your horse to explore plus an arena and round pen. There are also several state parks we trailer our horses to for some gorgeous trail riding. We also offer a safe and comfortable place for your older horse to retire and live out their remaining years being happy and lazy.
Meet the Owner
Judi Berringer, owner and operator of Blue Water Farm, has over 25 years of equine experience and knowledge. She lives on the property and pays special attention to detail with all of the animals in her care. When she is not mowing pastures and tending to the barn, she enjoys trail riding in the North Georgia/Tennessee mountains on her spotted saddle horse, Cherokee.
